Any athlete will tell you how important competitive sports has been in their lives. Athletics can teach a number of important life lessons in leadership, respect, teamwork, self-worth, and friendship, among many others. Athletics is also another way to keep people active and physically fit, which is also on the decline. Our aim is to provide opportunities for Delawareans of all ages to remain physically active through athletics of all varying degrees of competition.
